Lake Constance Foundation is responsible for the personal data treatment. Lake Constance Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Germany, Fritz-Reichle-Ring 4 in 78315 Radolfzell.

BPT Insects lawful basis for processing your data is considered a ‘contractual’ in that you have requested or subscribed to a BPT Insects service, freely provided your personal data and for which BPT Insects is then required to deliver the service.

We store your data on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other standard software on secure servers in EU. We also work with contracted specialist partners, through service level agreements, who provide secure platforms and software to store data on our behalf. The “LIFE F&B BPT Consortium”, via the administrators of the BPT Insects gets access to all the data entered and results, including personal data.
Lake Constance Foundation for the “LIFE F&B BPT Consortium”, owner of BPT Insects, is committed to not share your information concerning farm data entered and results with any other organizations or third parties (for marketing, market research or commercial purposes), and we do not pass on your details to other websites without the preliminary farmer’s authorization.

The operation of aggregation and statistical data analysis could be done based on farm results, but the anonymity of people is always guaranteed. 
When you choose to share data using the data sharing facilities within the BPT Insects, that “anonymized” data could be used to produce technical references. Each user could benefit from these technical references.  

GDPR 2018 is explicit that you must have an opportunity to change your personal preferences in respect of data we may hold (this includes deleting your data). Please let us know if the personal information that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.
